Participants will explore and experiment with leading from the inside-out, developing specific competencies for empowering and inspiring an organization in ways that will generate effectiveness, productivity and a desirable workplace.
Learning activities are designed to address individual professional development supported by a cohort of peers who share the same cultural context. This three day course room experience will offer a variety of ways for leaders to tap into their unique leadership point of view. Engaged with peers in the group process setting, leaders will learn to express through transformative conversation so that they will heighten connectedness and engagement back on the job.
When experienced together with Transformative Conversation and Transformative Manager, this course positions participants to mentor others who complete those courses to apply the principles and conversation competencies throughout an organization. Three telephone learning labs follow the course to anchor the skill set and create a peer-based cohort for support and reinforcement.
