Academy for Coach Training Unveils New Name, New Website, Innovative Transformative Coaching Programs

Edmonds, WA – I&AM, LLC officially unveiled the website for its new inviteCHANGE brand (www.invitechange.com). Formally known as The Academy for Coach Training, I&AM created inviteCHANGE to meet the growing needs of the coaching industry. The new
inviteCHANGE organization provides advanced programs and services to individuals, groups, and organizations that are ready to embrace sustained change and growth through the transformative coaching paradigm.

“inviteCHANGE will incorporate all the current services offered by The Academy for Coach Training, along with many new professional and personal development resources,” says Janet Harvey, co-owner of I&AM. “We are excited to deliver training, services, and programs that are fresh, meaningful and powerful; programs that advance values-based, conscious life choices that will sustain lasting change, personally and professionally.”

Founded in 1997, The Academy for Coach Training took a stand for the transformative coaching paradigm. Their Certified Professional Coach training program was one of the first in the world to be accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The Academy has maintained a strong leadership role in the rapidly growing coaching profession by continuing to provide premier training and services for coaches both in the public and private sectors. 

In the fall of 2006, seven professional coaches and Academy instructors formed I&AM, LLC to purchase The Academy for Coach Training, including Living Your Vision® – a process that has helped thousands of people, in all walks of life, clarify and live their visions. With combined experience in executive leadership, organizational development, human relations, spiritual evolution and personal transformation, the leadership circle of I&AM recognized a unique opportunity to advance the transformative coaching paradigm globally, generating conscious choice and sustained change in daily life for all people. They adopted the inviteCHANGE brand to build on the foundation and legacy of The Academy.
