Participant Testimonials

"This is a rigorous, thorough, and humbling course for credentialed coaches who want to use their wisdom and experience to support and inspire other coaches and our profession toward greater coaching excellence."

— Viveca Monahan, MCCP Graduate

"This program helps coaches develop and hone their mentoring skills to mentor to all ICF core competencies and levels within the competencies from ACC to MCC. This program strengthens both your coaching and mentoring skills by participating in coaching demonstrations and triad practice. The extensive support materials provided will easily help you start your mentoring practice quickly."

— Jennifer Whitcomb, MCCP Graduate

"I endorse this course as being: a) well-designed to immerse coaches in the process of exploring and deepening -- at multiple levels -- their understanding of the ICF's core coaching competencies; b) a dynamic co-created learning opportunity for individuals to self-direct and actively extend their own learning; and c) an exquisite model of mentoring, in-context, so that participants are able to ground their understanding of core mentor competencies (presence, collegiality, etc.)."

— Sara Woolf, MCCP Graduate

"Amazing! I took the course to better learn how to be a mentor coach, what I gained from the course was much more. Amoráh and her staff have developed a program that not only encouraged my learning the competencies of an effective mentor, but through discussion in the tele-class and the weekly triads, I was able to stretch myself as a coach and feel as though I am that much closer to being prepared for my next level of certification. I highly recommend the class to anyone wanting to learn how to be the best mentor possible!"

— Laurie Dupar, MCCP Graduate
