The Measurable Management® Licensed Facilitator Program is for professional coaches who are passionate champions for leadership and team effectiveness and serious about generating process and implementation improvement for organizational clients. The program introduces and deepens key concepts and practices that lead to breakthrough changes in workplace relating, communicating and driving positive change in team leader relationships and results. Central to these effective changes is the development of pull-style leadership, a listening and involving approach with people and processes and methods for zero resistance to change.

Upon completion of the 2.5 day training workshop, participants are licensed to facilitate the Measurable Management® team leader process. You may do this for client groups from 8 to 15 and, by being an inviteCHANGE licensee, you also receive production support for program delivery and materials, access to world class sales skills training, customized marketing materials and process for winning contracts and a community of licensees for collaboration and mentoring. You also receive the benefit of inviteCHANGE public promotion of the program and you, as a Measurable Management® Licensed Facilitator.
