Mentor Coach Training & Certification Program Online Registration

Step 1: Download the Registration form

Step 2: Download the Enrollment Agreement

Step 3: Complete both forms and submit to the office via email or fax to 425-778-6937

Step 4: Use the registration form at right to enter your contact information and select your course start date

Step 5: Submit payment using Google Checkout or by check or phone. You may pay the $400 deposit or full course fee.

* Please note: inviteCHANGE must receive payment of at least the deposit amount in order to process your registration.

Upon receipt of your registration details, completed forms and payment, inviteCHANGE will contact you to confirm your registration and provide any advance materials.

Program Tuition

Choice A — Program Tuition $3000: Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is reserved by deposit, $500. Payment and registration received 45 days in advance of program start date will receive premium pricing with only $2,500 due.

Choice B — Program Tuition Payment Plan: $500 deposit with $500/month for 5 months.
