Pricing – Payment Plan Options – Registration Forms

Program Enrollment & Registration Guidelines

All inviteCHANGE training is designed for the adult learner. Courses and programs are designed using co-creative and experiential learning techniques. Upon entering one of our courses or programs you will learn what you can expect from us and what we expect from you, including taking full responsibility for your own self-care and the ability to manage your time effectively so that you can study, complete all course work in a timely manner – and remember to have fun.

Our Guiding Principles and Values are the foundation of how we create our learning environment. In addition, we conduct ourselves at all times in alignment with the International Coach Federation professional Code of Ethics.

Our programs encourage your full authenticity and participation; these are both central to creating a highly effective adult learning experience. We ask each participant to abide a set of agreements for group participation. You will find this information in the inviteCHANGE Course & Program Enrollment Agreement. We ask that you read, sign and submit this agreement with your registration form for any course or program you choose.

Payment for most courses is expected in full at the time of registration. Our extended programs are offered with payment plan options. Participants must provide notice of cancellation within 72 business hours of a course start date in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after that time.

inviteCHANGE reserves the right to refuse admission of any prospective participant, at any time during or after the registration process. InviteCHANGE will send a letter to the participant applicant stating the reason(s) for denial of registration.

inviteCHANGE reserves the right to cancel a course or program in order to satisfy our standards of excellence. In the event inviteCHANGE does cancel a course or program, registered participants may expect to receive a full refund within 15 days of notice of cancellation.

Coach Certification Training Programs

Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

To Register:

Step 3: Complete both forms and submit to the office via email or fax to 425-778-6937

Step 4: Initiate the registration process online using our online registration form

Step 5: Submit payment using Google Checkout or by check or phone. You may pay $100 to Reserve My Seat!, the $1000 deposit, or the full course fee.

Program Tuition

Choice A — Program Tuition $10,100: Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Payment and registration received 45 days in advance of program start date may pay $9,100.

Choice B — Program Tuition Payment Plan: $1000 deposit with $650/month for 14 months.

All Program Elements Included in Tuition:

Credentialed Coach Pathway Training Program

Step 5: Submit payment using Google Checkout or by check or phone. You may pay the $500 deposit or full course fee.

Program Tuition

Choice A — Program Tuition $4000: Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Payment and registration received 45 days in advance of program start date may pay $3500.

Choice B — Program Tuition Payment Plan: $500 deposit with $500/month for 7 months.

Program Eligibility: Applicants for this program must demonstrate eligibility by participating in a Coaching Assessment process conducted by an inviteCHANGE Certified Mentor Coach at least one week prior to the program start date.  This will determine if a candidate will participate in the ACC & PCC level course or the PCC & MCC level course. If a participant is not accepted inviteCHANGE will retain $250 of the registration fee for the assessment conducted on behalf of the participant.  The balance of the registration fee will be refunded within 15 days of notice of ineligibility.

Continuing Coaching Education “CCE” Programs

Mentor Coach Certification Program

Step 5: Submit payment using Google Checkout or by check or phone. You may pay the $400 deposit or full course fee.

Program Tuition

Choice A — Program Tuition $3000: Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is reserved by deposit, $500. Payment and registration received 45 days in advance of program start date will receive premium pricing with only $2,500 due.

Choice B — Program Tuition Payment Plan: $500 deposit with $500/month for 5 months.
