Coach Training Registration

Acceptance into an inviteCHANGE coach training program includes the following steps:

  1. Your Enrollment Agreement completed, signed and submitted to inviteCHANGE via email, fax or postal mail.
  2. Submit a recent color photograph in electronic format for your participant file.
  3. Submit tuition payment in full or, if applicable, select a tuition payment plan option including an additional non-refundable $100 administration fee. (View pricing and payment options.)
  4. Once we review a participant’s application and determine that space is still available, each participant participates in a customized program discussion session with a designated registrar to ensure timing and requirements are fully understood.

inviteCHANGE coach training programs are designed for adults who are seeking an accredited program that will earn each participant a credible coaching certificate.  All of our programs are based upon our vanguard curriculum accredited by the International Coach Federation since 1997.

inviteCHANGE coach training programs are designed for the adult learner. They comprise co-active and experiential learning techniques. Upon entering one of our programs you will learn what you can expect from us and what we expect from you, including taking full responsibility for your own self-care and the ability to manage your time effectively so that you can study, complete all course work in a timely manner – and remember to have fun.  Payment options for our programs are available and are described on the registration form you may download above.

PREMIUM Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

A participant typically completes the program in 14 to 16 months and must complete the program within 24 months from the start date of the participant’s first course.  The program is delivered through a combination of four, three-day in-person courses and two tele-course series, one that is ten weeks and one that is sixteen weeks.  Programs start the first month of each calendar quarter.

VIRTUAL Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

Participants attend weekly courses though a start of the art distance learning platform either in two 2-hour sessions or one 4-hour session depending on your schedule preferences.  Course size is limited to 8 participants to ensure effective interaction, coaching practice and instructor mentoring.  Instruction concludes within twelve months; participants must submit a log with a minimum of 100 coaching hours in order to complete credential examinations.

Portfolio Credential FASTRACK Training Program (PCFT)

This program supports individuals who are already coaching and wish to prepare quickly and effectively to complete an ICF Credential Portfolio Application.  This 50-hour program called utilizes our virtual course room technology to create a highly personalized training and mentoring environment that accelerates learning. Participants attend weekly 2-hour sessions over the course of six months. Course size is limited to 8 participants to ensure effective interaction, coaching practice and instructor mentoring. 

Internal Certified Coach Professional (ICCP)

This program supports individuals who anticipate being coach in an organizational setting.  This 60-hour program over a five month period and uses a combination of course room and tele-course sessions.  For organizations with a minimum of eight participants, the course schedule may be custom scheduled.

NOTE: inviteCHANGE reserves the right to refuse admission of any prospective participant, at any time during or after the registration process.  InviteCHANGE will send a letter to the participant applicant stating the reason(s) for denial of registration.
