Internal Certified Coach Professional Program (ICCP)

Productivity, effectiveness, collaboration, teamwork, and employee engagement

As internal coaches these are the results you are expected to deliver.  This program supports learning the methods and tools to deliver these results as an internal coach while also providing an outstanding foundation in the ICF core competencies so you are prepared to earn an ICF credential and enjoy the confidence and credibility that accomplishment creates.

In today’s challenging business environment coaching is often called on to accelerate an organization’s success by helping executives, managers, individuals and groups to clarify critical areas of focus and align resources to create outstanding results.  Coaches help to resolve social issues for success, individually and through teams so that organizational effectiveness continuously improves.
In addition to providing external coaching services to organizations and individuals within organizations, inviteCHANGE has designed ICF accredited training programs in coaching competencies tailored especially for organizations who wish to develop internal personnel as a resource pool for coaching individuals and groups.

Designed for individuals inside of organizations who engage in coaching relationships within an organizational context, the inviteCHANGE Internal Certified Coach Professional, (“ICCP”) program uses an experiential approach that accelerates competency integration, application, and cultural adoption. This curriculum also serves professional coaches as Continuing Education Units for ICF credential renewal and/or application purposes.

The Internal Certified Coach Professional Program curriculum comprises skills training and personal development in 3 core courses that build on one another with an additional set of elective courses for deepening and expanding coaching competency over time. For an optimal learning dynamic a minimum of eight participants to a maximum of twenty-four participants is required in any particular group.
